'Bling Bag" believes in a customer friendly policy and high customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our products and the blings we have chosen for you, we promise to make the return, refund and cancellation policy hassle free for you.

Return Policy

(A)   Bling Bag Subscription

Not in love with the blings? No worries. While our in-house fashion experts try their best to pick-up the right blings for you, in the rare instance, if you are not happy with your Bling Bag and its contents, you can send us your Bling Bag with all the contents and we will refund you as per our policy.

  •  Inform: The return must be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you receive your Bling Bag. You can email us at support@blingbag.co.in to inform us about your return and we will call you back to explain the return process.
  •  Return: Return/Exchange of selected content of the bag is not allowed. The Bling Bag with all its contents (including any bonus blings received) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day you receive your Bling Bag. The cost of shipping the bag will be borne by the member. The products and the bag should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if any of the product is damaged or missing. Bonus item if any received in the bag should be returned.
  •  Refund:  We will process your refunds after deducting Rs. 150 towards administrative fees, and applicable shipping fees for 1 month subscription. For 3/6/12 months subscription, Rs. 100 towards shipping will be deducted. The deductions will be made from the value of the per month bag applicable for your subscription plan. The refund amount will be paid to your credit / debit card which was used to make the payment. For cash-on-delivery payments, we will refund you the amount as Bling Bucks which can be used for future purchases. Bling Bucks received as part of the orders will be deducted on cancellation and returns.
  • For the refunds requested for orders received for prepaid orders, 5% of the prepaid amount will be deducted towards the bank fee on online payments.
  • Any discount used in the order using bling bucks will not be refunded. 
  • Bonus Blings received as part of longer subscriptions will not be replaced or exchanged. Bonus blings sent are curated as per the style profile. 
  • Elastic Bracelets received as part of your Bling Bag subscription will not be replaced or exchanged in case of any damages

(B) Bling Boutique Products

Did not like the blings you shopped from Bling Boutique? Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of fashion jewellery but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. We will be happy to take back such products you have shopped from Bling Boutique. However, Blings shopped from Bling Boutique with discount coupon codes will not be eligible for returns. Please note the below for returning your Bling Boutique purchases. 

  • Inform: The return must be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. You can email us at support@blingbag.co.in to inform us about your return and we will call you back to explain you the return process.
  • Return: The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day you receive your Blings. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the member. The product should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product is damaged. 
  • Refund: We will refund the amount after deducting Rs. 150 towards administrative fees and applicable shipping charges. The remaining amount will be paid to your debit / credit card which was used to make the one-time payment while signing up for our membership after deducting 5% towards the online payment charges. For cash-on-delivery payments, we will refund you the amount as Bling Bucks which can be used for future purchases. 
  • Any discount used in the order using bling bucks will not be refunded. Bling Bucks earned if any against the product being returned will not be refunded

Cancellation Policy

(A)   Subscription Cancellations

We respect your decision to leave Bling Bag membership plan mid-way and we promise to make the cancellation process hassle-free. To cancel an on-going subscription please take note of the following:

  • Inform: Please inform us at support@blingbag.co.in to let us know about your subscription cancellation decision before the 25th of the previous month to cancel the subscription from that month onwards. Due to our logistics and operational cycle, if we receive your request after 25th of the previous month, your order will be processed and the cancellation (if any) will be considered from the following month.
  • Refund: Refunds for the remaining months' bags will be calculated based on the highest multi-month subscription plan which you have already availed and Rs.150 will be deducted towards administrative fee. For example, you had signed up for 6-month subscription plan initially and paid a one time amount of Rs. 8099 for 6 bags. After receiving 4th month bag, you decide to cancel the subscription. In this case, the value of the bag per month will be calculated based on the 3-monthly subscription plan i.e. Rs. 1399 for each month. The remaining amount of Rs. 8099 - (4*1399) - 150 - 5% online payment charges if applicable will be refunded to you. This amount will be paid to your debit / credit card which was used to purchase your subscription. For cash-on-delivery payments, we will refund you the amount as Bling Bucks which can be used for future purchases.
  • For any cancellation orders received for prepaid orders, 5% of the remaining amount will be deducted towards the bank fee on online payments.
  • Any discount used in the order using bling bucks will not be refunded.

(B) Blings shopped from Bling Boutique

Ordered from Bling Boutique and changed your mind even before receiving your blings? No worries! Generally we ship Bling Boutique orders within 3-5 working days. In case you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@blingbag.co.in. If we have not shipped your order, we will cancel your order. However, if we have already shipped your order, you will have to follow our Returns and Refund policy. Blings shopped from Bling Boutique with discount coupon codes will not be eligible for cancellation. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 working days from the day Bling Bag receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of Bling Bag Subscription. In case of Cash on Delivery Orders, Bling Bucks will be credited to your account in 15 days. In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be transferred back into the same account from which it was paid within 10 days from the day we initate the refund. Blings shopped from Bling Boutique with discount coupon codes will not be eligible for any refunds.
