I just joined the Bling Bag membership and ordered my bag. When will I receive my bag?
Congratulations! A warm welcome to the 'Bling Bag'. Our fashion experts will carefully study your style profile and pick the fashion jewels for you to suit your style preferences. We ship our subscriptions once a week and your bag will be shipped as per our next planned shipment. In the meantime, enjoy browsing through your favorite categories on our e-store “Bling Boutique”. You may just come across something interesting and are tempted to try it!
How will I know what are you going to send me in my bag?
The best part of our subscription plans is the surprise element we bring to you. While we have shared an indicative collection curated for the month on our social media and website, we do not reveal the actual products which will be sent to you. Be assured that the products will be curated exclusively for you to match your style profile filled by you. The fashion blings you are going to receive remain a surprise for you until you receive the bag and open it yourself. Isn’t it exciting to receive a beautifully wrapped surprise gift every month!
Can I choose the fashion jewellery which I want to receive?
We at Bling Bag bring to you a unique shopping experience through subscription model full of surprise element. All the e-commerce stores give you overwhelming option to choose the jewellery of your choice and they ship your products accordingly. However, at Bling Bag, we want to be your personal jewellery wardrobe stylist who will carefully handpick the jewels for you which are trending in different parts of the world and which will suit your style preferences. If you wish to choose fashion jewellery yourself, you may browse our “Bling Boutique” store and order your favorites.
I am not sure if I will like the jewellery you will send me. Should I subscribe?
Our experts work very hard to carefully study your profile and understand your likes and style statement and curate your bag accordingly. We strongly encourage you to fill in your profile accurately to receive products which will suit your personality. We are confident that you will fall in love with the unique blings we select for you. The best way to try our susbcriptions is by subscribing for a month and discovering yourself how you fall in love with your blings in a cute bag we wrap them in.

What if I do not like the products you have sent me in the Bling Bag?
If you are not happy with any of the products we have sent you in your Bling Bag, then you can follow the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation policy as explained on that page and we will refund you the amount as per the policy.
Do I have to pay for the bag and the shipping apart from the jewellery that you send me?
The subscription price includes the cost for the bag and the jewellery sent to you. However, additional shipping charges are applicable on 1 month plans starting 1st March, 2017. We continue to offer free shipping on 3 / 6 / 12 month plans
How will you know what will suit me?
When you sign up for our subscription plan, we request you to fill in a short style survey which will help us to know your likes and style preferences better. Our in-house fashion experts will study your style profile while curating your bag. This will ensure that you are likely to fall in love with the blings we select for you. Over the period of time, as your style and likes changes or you wish to try new jewellery styles, please feel free to fill up your profile again and we will curate your bag as per your new preferences.
What if I don't fill up the Style Profile?
If you do not fill up the Style Profile, we will not be able to know your preferences and will curate the bag based on the latest blings trending in fashion.
Do you ship outside India?
Unfortunately not. Our operations are only limited within India
Bling Boutique Purchases
Will the Bling Boutique purchases be also sent in a bag?
No, the bag is sent exclusively in the monthly subscription plans only. The purchases you make on Bling Boutique will be wrapped carefully and shipped to you without the bag.
What if I don’t like the product purchased from “Bling Boutique”?
If you do not like the product(s) you have purchased from “Bling Boutique” you can return us the products by following our policy on Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy.
What if the product I purchased from “Bling Boutique” not received as per the specifications on the website?
If the product received is not as per the specifications on the website, please write to us on email@example.com along with the photos of the product and we will ship the correct product to you. If we are not able to ship you the right product, we will refund you the full amount you had paid for the product.
How can I pay for the subscription services?
We offer a variety of options for you to pay:

Do you accept card payments?
You can pay online via our secured payment gateway. We accept all VISA and Master Debit and Credit cards. We also accept payments through Net Banking.
Are there any hidden charges apart from the Bling Bag subscription cost?
Actual shipping charges are applicable on 1 month subscription plan. However, we offer free shipping for 3 / 6 and 12 month plans.

How can cancel my monthly subscription of Bling Bag?
To cancel your subscription follow our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy and we will cancel your subscription as per our policy.
What if I do not like one particular item from the Bling Bag? Can I get it exchanged?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange particular items from the Bling Bag you have received. However, you can return us the Bling Bag and all its contents by following our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy as explained on that page.
Bling Bag Gift Subscription
Can I gift a bag to someone?
Absolutely! You have got a fantastic idea. You can gift a bag to your daughter,mother, wife, sister, friend, and colleague and surprise her with an exciting bag with beautiful products. Just fill up her profile so that we can choose the right products to suit her taste. Gifting Bling Bag is the best way to make her feel special and tell her every month that you love her!
I want to change the address of my shipping which I have initially provided. Please help.
You can easily change your address by logging into your account and providing the new address before the 7th of every month. However, we will not be able to accept any changes in the shipping address after 7th of the month due to logistics planning.
Can I put my subscription on hold as I am not in town?
Why not? We fully understand that you might be out of town for business or pleasure trips and might not be able to collect the bag. We are glad to put your subscription on hold and not deliver it to you until you want it. Please give us a call and we will arrange to hold your bag(s) with us until you call us to receive it further.
When will you ship my order?
Monthly Bling Bag subscriptions are shipped in lots, once a week. Your bag will be shipped as per our next shipment schedule after your order confirmation. Once shipped, your bag will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. Any order that you place from Bling Boutique will be shipped immediately and will be delivered to you in 3-5 working days by our logistics partner.
